The fortunate family who does take advantage of her availability, will be only her fourth owner. She is truly a classic example of Ed Monk and Vic Franck working together and creating a special class NW Pilothouse, known for it's warm and spacious interiors, extremely tough construction and a pleasingly soft ride in our local waters. She is in exceptionally good condition.
Here are a few of her highlights and features:
Quiet operation and excellent visibility from pilothouse.
Easy access to all areas of vessel.
Exterior surfaces (gel-coat, paint, varnish).
Power sliding sunroof opens the pilothouse up in sunny weather.
Cockpit docking station can also be used for fishing/trolling.
Basic one level flow for all over sized interior living spaces.
Will make a great live-aboard for extended cruising or a full time residence.
Abundant storage spaces, both interior and exterior.
MISS PAL offers a very unique single level living area with separate pilothouse. She has the capacity to sleep 8 comfortably. The owner's enjoy a mid-stateroom with queen berth and en suite head/shower. The guest accommodations are forward, providing sleeping for up to 4 in two over-sized double berths. The day head/guest head has a separate stall shower as well.
In the wide hallway leading to the two staterooms is a huge storage area and closet to port with full height vented doors. This area also includes a newer Asko washer and dryer set.
The over-sized main salon area is great for entertaining and dining. Adjoining the salon are both the wet bar and condo sized galley with full size appliances. The wood work and cabinetry is all exceptional. Oversize galley counter tops, household size appliances, loose North Carolina quality salon furniture, are all great assets.
Up in the pilothouse, the double wide helm seat can adjusted so that 2 more guests can take advantage of sleeping in the almost queen sized area berth. The pilothouse also accommodates a navigation desk/computer area to port and the helm is to starboard, with access door to the starboard side deck. The roof of the pilothouse opens by way of a worm gear operated sun roof.
