Sailed by couples in both her ownerships she has proved capable of fast long passages with just the limited crew. The cutter rig helps here by keeping the individual sail areas manageable and adding versatility. The 3/4 keel and skeg hung rudder make for good tracking whilst still being manoeuvrable when berthing.
The interior has a relaxing feel with the abundant use of solid wood and very solid fittings.
On deck everything is of top quality construction, with oversize rigging, a total of SEVEN winches, and even remote controls both on deck and in the cockpit for the Vetus anchor windlass.
The interior arrangement maximises open space with the large galley and saloon amidships. A large head with separate shower are forward opposite the owners double berth. The forepeak has a new mattress and is the normal "V" berth, useful for additional accommodation or storage, whilst the quarter berth also includes this flexibility. Saloon headroom is 1.9 metres.
Abundant lockers, drawers and tankage can easily store provisions for a long passage, while on shorter trips there is the flexibility to accommodate 7 or more people in comfort.
The large horseshoe shaped galley boasts fridge and freezer, gas cooker with oven, dual sinks, hot and cold pressurised water system with manual back-up and manual sea-water pump.
