Starting forward is a guest stateroom with a double split berth lots of cabinets and drawers for storage. Private fwd head with lots of room and separate shower/tub Moving aft again to port is a large U shaped galley with cabinets above and storage below. Four burner gas stove and oven. Large 12v/120 Refrigerator / freezer. All the other appliances you will need are on board. . Up 2 steps and to starboard is the fully instrumented lower helm, a side salon door allowing access to go forward or aft.. To port is the beautiful bar with two nice rattan bar chairs. The sofa sits next to the bar area. The salon has large opening windows and teak through out. Down 3 steps aft is the master stateroom with a centerline queen berth. This Master stateroom has many large closets drawers and shelves all teak. It has a large head with a separate shower / tub stall. Directly above is a large full width fully enclosed sundeck with hardtop. It is fully furnished. Forward is the flybridge with a centerline helm and additional seating for 10+. Last month Hurricane Mathew rolled through the lower Chesapeake Bay with high winds. The canvas on this boat was damaged and most of it will need to be replaced. The owner does not have the desire to repair or replace it so the asking price was lowered $10,000.
