Teak deck was complete removed and new sealed with bright anti slip epoxy coating (in 2001 bill over 10000 USD) Bright color is much better for the tropics.
Main Sail was replaced in 2009 (stronger material with two reefs), Mizzen, standing- and running rigg is in used condition. I've always removed the sails after sailing period and store in a dry place.
The Ford Lehmann diesel engine run very well (Total: 7640 hours) The engine was overhauled 2005. All tubes and seals was replaced (overhaul bill over 9000 USD)

I have not paid VAT tax in Germany, because we sail always outside from Europe.
Mattrasse in the aft and Motor from electric Windlass was replaced in July 2015.
All wooden parts outside was new varnished 2015.
The Nauticat 33 is a traditional motorsailer in production for over 45 years. The effortless operation, superb comfort and careful arrangement of interiors have created a demand resulting in over 1290 hulls built to date.
HULL AND DECK
All hand laminated GRP construction using alternate layers of mat and woven roving. Longitudinal stringers and transverse floor members in appropriate areas. All structural bulkheads are teak- faced marine plywood, securely bonded to the hull. Engine bed in GRP construction with steel plates. The deck and superstructure are of 100 % hand laminated GRP construction with anti-slip finish. All exterior trim, including handrails are of teak.
Dual steering stations, one in wheelhouse and one on aft deck, employ the widely known Capillano hydraulic system. Rudder of fibreglass, rudder stock off acid-proof steel. Emergency steering by way of a tiller connected directly to the rudder stock.
Ship’s service is by the way of a 12 V D.C. system employing 2 heavy duty lead acid batteries 1 × 180 Ah for service and 1 × 135 Ah for start. One master switch for start and service battery. The charging system employs a 12 V/80 A alternator and a relay for parallel connection during engine-running. Fuses for all consumers. Lights throughout the yacht as needed. Running lights to international standards.
A large dinette for up to six persons convertible to a generous double berth. Mirror, TV and radio, bookshelf. Large stowage compartments under seats. It is possible to place an U-shaped settee in the saloon.
The galley opposite the saloon features a 3-burner propane stove with oven (gimballed), and flame guards, double stainless steel sinks. Gas installation: solid copper pipe flexible hose to gas bottle and stove. Shut off valve in the locker under the sink. Full- length storage cabinets outboard provide ample space for dishes, provisions, and typical on-board cooking utensils. 12 V compressor driven refrigerator. Glass shelf, cutting board, drawer for cutlery, trash pail. Translucent opening hatch and a Dorade vent to provide light and ventilation to this area.
The visibility is unimpaired to all directions through the safety glass windows. The pilothouse features a steering position with standard instrumentation autopilot, compass, depth sounder, VHF etc. An extra large navigation/chart table with storage under, and engine controls are at the helmsman’s fingertips. All instruments are illuminated for night use. Overhead lighting as well as chart light are provided, as are the windshield wipers. Ventilation is provided by deck sliding roof and two pilothouse doors port and starboard. Additional storage for miscellaneous sailing gear. Fixed seats for 3-5 persons. Fire extinguisher.
One is located by the fwd cabin and contains a marine pump type toilet, basin and hand shower. safety glass window. Ceiling light. Storage behind and underneath of basin. Ventilation with 12V fan. Another one is located by the aft cabin and contains also a marine pump type toilet and hand shower. Ceiling light. Opening hatch to provide light and ventilation in this area. Additional storage.
Fore cabin with two comfortable berths convertible to a generous double berth. Large aluminium framed opening hatch overhead. Full- length storage above and under berths.
Aft cabin with comfortable double berth contains a basin. Three opening hatches to provide light and ventilation in this area. Reading lights and cabin light. Storage under berths, underneath of basin and cabinets in the aft. 12 V outlet.
