A great well known to the Pacific Northwest Pilot House cruiser! Easy to see on Lake Union.
There have been some very significant upgrades completed by the current owner to this great quality cruising yacht. She must be seen to be appreciated.
Vessel has had only five local owners since new. Original owner kept vessel in fresh water under cover at the Seattle yacht club. Current owner also has kept the boat under cover as well in fresh water.
In general this 54' Delta Custom yacht originated as a hull and superstructure from Delta Marine and was completed by The "Boat Yard" in Seattle firing here on Lake Union. She features a traditional warm teak interior through out the vessel. It was extended from 50' to 54' which gives the boat a much improved usable aft cockpit area over the 50' Delta's. To add 4' feet to a 50' hull in with todays pricing would be in excess of $100,000. This wonderful pilot house yacht features a raised pilothouse for excellent outward visibility. She features a salon and galley on the same level plus (2) staterooms & (2) heads forward and a walk-in engine room. The exterior features a spacious flybridge and cockpit. In 1994 the interior was customized with added wood work and improved galley arrangement. The upgraded electrical system is first class. Moored undercover in freshwater. Lightly used and offered by her now fifth owner. Engines have less than 1,300 original hours.
Currently moored undercover on Lake Union.
