Six berths in three cabin areas. Forward cabin comprises of a V berth arrangement with an infill section to make a large double berth with large storage lockers beneath. Moving aft and out of the forward cabin we enter the galley and dinette area. The galley is situated on the port side and has a sink with hot and cold water, gas cooker, oven and grill. Storage locker above and below. The dinette opposite is U shaped and has a centrally mounted table which can be lowered to make a double berth.Additional storage beneath the seating
Moving aft and into the saloon, we have the internal helm position which has full engine instrumentation and navigation compass. Opposite is the fridge which is three way, gas, electric and 12v operation.
The toilet and shower compartment has its own access door, alleviating the need to go through the aft cabin to gain access. The aft cabin consists of an offset double berth on the starboard side and has plenty of storage space, including a half size hanging locker.
There is an inbuilt battery charger, rudder indicator, horn, fire extinguishers throughout.

Mad Hatter has been serviced annually and some bills are available. The boat was lifted and antifouled at the end of 2012 and has been done each two years prior to that since being with the present owner (12 years)
The last survey was carried out by Paul Homer twelve years ago and a copy will be available. The underwater sections are in good condition and have not been plated or had any repairs.
Mad Hatter has been kept on the upper Thames for the past twelve years with some coastal and Medway cruising. The previous owner kept the boat at St Katherines Dock in London and clocked up 350 hours.
The boat is also fitted with a hand pump system to the holding tank so that the tank can be emptied manually when at sea when appropriate.
New exhausts were fitted twelve years ago.
Lifted August 2016 for re antifoul and new anodes.
