With over $125,000 spent on upgrades since 2007, Shamrock is a very clean example of one of the best racer/cruiser designs ever built--a powerful rig coupled with high stability figures (deep keel and a hull carrying it's underwater volume well forward) promises speed and control over a wide range of conditions. And as one of the last C&C 41s built (one of the last C&Cs PERIOD, 1988 was their last year), she incorporates more beam at the stern and the robust triple-spreader cruising rig.
Some highlights of this vessel include being completely Awlgripped, mast rebuilt, about $35,000 worth of new and like new Quantuum sails (2010), six new Harken self-tailing winches (2011), updated electronics, interior largely redone, hauled and bottom painted in May 2016, engine just serviced March 2017, etc etc etc.
Note that the vessel is lying in a transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip, there's a long wait to get into this marina so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage. Also note price just reduced April 2017 and offers encouraged...
