The Kha Shing 50 Motoryacht is an attractive vessel featuring a large flybridge, wide side decks, and an open and spacious interior with light oak joinery. The owner's stateroom features an island centerline queen-sized berth, and there are his and hers heads and a washer/dryer. Twin 260 horsepower Caterpillar diesels provide for economical operation. The settee in the main salon converts to a queen-size berth for accommodating guests.
BOBATO is well equipped to cruise, though would make a wonderful liveaboard or floating home office, complete with desk space for two.

BOBATO offers comfortable accommodations for two in the owner's stateroom forward which features an island queen berth. A convertible couch in the main salon can be made into a queen-size berth for guests. Interior joinerwork is light oak. The owner's stateroom features a centerline queen berth, two hanging lockers, storage under the berth, and storage lockers, port and starboard. There are four opening ports and an overhead hatch, all with screens.
Next aft to starboard are two heads, separated by a bathtub between. The tub may be accessed from either head. Privacy is provided by sliding teak panels. The heads feature Sealand electric VacuFlush toilets (2003) and Corian topped vanity counters. One head houses a Splendid washer-dryer combo.
Opposite to port is the galley.
Step up four steps to the main salon. Forward to port, just aft of the galley is a breakfast bar with two swivel stools. Next aft to port is a hutch. Opposite to starboard is the lower helm. Doors, both port and starboard access the lower helm and the forward main salon area.
A long counter with drawers and sliding shelves below runs the length of the starboard side of the main salon aft of the lower helm and helm seat. The counter provides desk space for two and houses an entertainment unit which features a Sony 32" flat screen TV. Two swivel chairs compliment the desk space.
A living area occupies the port side of the main salon and features a large convertible L-shaped couch and coffee table. The couch converts to a queen-size berth, and the table has a mechanism that allows table surface positioning to be either high or low. Aluminum-backed high-R shades provide insulation and shade as needed.
Access from the main salon to the cockpit is through two sliding doors.
The galley is four steps down from the main salon and to port. It features a two-burner Eno propane stove with oven, 110 volt refrigerator with freezer, two full-size sinks, and 1,000 watt microwave oven.
12 volt and 24 volt DC systems. 220 amps for engine starting, 110 amps for generator starting, 660 amps house bank. 110 volt dockside system and Onan 12.5 KW generator producing 110 volts AC. Distribution panels for 12 volts, 24 volts, and 110 volts. Balmar 110 amp alternator on each engine with MC612 charge regulator. 16,000 BTU MarineAir reverse-cycle air conditioning/heat (2005). TRACE 2,500 watt battery charger/inverter with remote control. Three 100 watt solar panels on hardtop above flybridge with remote controls. Shore power cables.

Lower helm: Simrad Robertson hydraulic automatic pilot, Furuno NAVnet large screen radar/chartplotter, Garmin 100 Blue fishfinder/depthsounder, Standard Horizon DSC VHF transceiver, Icom marine SSB and Pactor II modem for sending and receiving e-mail, Navman 3100 apparent windspeed and direction indicator.

Two recessed anchor/chain lockers in foredeck, Lofrans Tigres 1200W electric anchor windlass (2006) with remote, yacht crane on FB, swim platform, recessed swim ladder, aft deck hot/cold shower. Access to flybridge from cockpit via a seven-step ladder with closing hatch at top. Dual anchor rollers. Transom door.
