Custom built in Richards Bay, South Africa and sailing along the African Coast for many years before she went through a three year refit to go into charter. Purchased in 2013 by the current owner as a family live-aboard Gabriel I is now cruising blue waters of the Caribbean. With spacious interior and accommodations for 12 with 5 cabins, she has numerous possibilities!
New flooring has just been installed in the saloon and two aft cabins. The saloon is wide open with surrounding views and new cushions on the L-shaped settee. The wood paneling gives this area a cabin like feel and the ocean mural along one wall is charming! The galley down port allows for chef's privacy as well as leaving more room for entertaining in the saloon. The two aft cabins have separate access outside the main area. The "bunk room" starboard accommodates four single beds. A double cabin forward has a small office space. There is another double cabin port side past the galley. The cupboard space holds the ample freezer, washer and new fridge. Easy access access to the single engine with hydraulic drives by lifting the cover in the cockpit. The 24,000 BTU A/C will keep your guests cool. A central raised helm position allows for great visibility with all lines accessible from the helm.
This boat has a lot of character and would be perfect for training, chartering or sailing adventures for family live-aboard!
