Cruz Control was originally commissioned by an Australian owner who personally oversaw her construction and selected the best of the best in options and features. She was passed on to equally attentive owners in 2012 who have significantly added to the yachts sail wardrobe and continue to maintain the yacht to the highest standards.
Cruz Control boasts a carbon mast, boom and spinnaker pole plus features a deck mounted retractable sprit. The rod rigging was replaced in 2008. The aforementioned sail wardrobe includes a near new cruising main (2014 – very lightly used), a lightly used carbon ocean racing main (Oct 2012), additional mainsail, five headsails and five spinnakers. For heavy conditions the set up offers an inner forestay, check stays and staysail plus a collision bulkhead neatly sealed forward of the main cabin.
Below decks the Santa Cruz interior offers almost unparalleled features and comfort in such a speedy yacht.
