The Powerboat Guide says ~
"Simply put, the Ocean 56 Super Sport is a downsized version of the popular Ocean 60 Super Sport with slightly reduced cockpit dimensions. The hull is the same (only shortened), the flybridge is identical, and the spacious three-stateroom interior is a virtual clone of the 60's Plan A. A beautifully styled yacht. below decks, the lush interior is a blend of deep-pile carpeting, varnished teak cabinetry, and designed fabrics. The three-stateroom, three-head floor-plan, with it's full-beam master stateroom beneath the elevated galley, is as practical as it is innovative. The galley and dinette are a step up from the salon on the deck house level, and headroom is a full 6'5" throughout. Even with it's reduced size, there's plenty of space in the cockpit where a transom live well, tackle center with freezer, wash downs, and rod storage were standard. Topside, the flybridge has a wraparound helm with rod storage and seating for six.

The galley coutertops are made of easy care Corian. Opposite the galley on the starboard side is the large u-shaped dinette with ultraleather cushions and a high gloss teak table. There is a flat screen TV positioned above the dinette that can be viewed from the salon as well as the dinette.
The raised galley allow for a full beam master stateroom below. There is a centerline queen berth, extensive teak cabinetry and a full entertainment center. The en-suite master head is located on the starboard side and has Vacu-flush heads, a large vanity and stall shower with seat.
The port side stateroomhas a large criscross berth arrangement. This allows for a large changing area , ample cabinets and storage lockers. There is a guest/day head opposite on the starboard side with full stall shower.
The expansive VIP Guest stateroom is forward with queen berth athwartship on the port side. This stateroom rivals the master stateroom in most boats of this class!
