The 28 Ghibli is a sensational pocket cruiser, with punchy performance, admirable sea-keeping and a practical cockpit and cabin arrangement. This twin 160HP boat has the white hull, bowthruster and is well-kitted.

The 28 Ghibli’s legendary Norwegian build quality and exceptional handling characteristics on the water have made her an ideal choice for many.
The hull is by Hans J Johnsen, and, believe me, this hull will stay planted, dry and comfortable when much bigger boats are struggling. The 28 has a full-width cockpit (access forward is through the central windscreen section) with twin gas-sprung and bolstered helm/navigators seats forward, a central seating section, and then a huge aft sunpad which sits on top of the powered engine bay hatch.
Below decks, there is a neat galley to port, with a sink, diesel hob (so there is no gas on board – or any need to be on shore power to cook) and preparation surface. Facing the galley is a separate heads compartment with a manual wc and a sink. The forward saloon is a large, wrap-round dinette with a central table which lowers to make a very good-sized double berth as required. There is plenty of light and ventilation, and all surfaces are properly trimmed (as you should expect) with top quality materials to make your time on board as comfortable and relaxed as is possible.
Her machinery space is easy to work in, with plenty of space and easy access to main service items, with a central lazarette space and storage under the side seating for general cruising kit. In short, the 28 Ghibli is highly versatile, sea-sure and fun. Why wouldn’t you?

Windy are a product of traditional craftsmanship, enhanced with the aid of modern technology. The latest technological innovation is the Wintec hull concept, which gives improved performance, greater strength and reduced noise throughout the vessel.
The hull is reinforced with advanced multi axial glass fibre matting and Divinycell core. This allows a reduction in the boats weight of up to 20% whilst offering noticeably improved stability.
All the Windy models are CE-labelled. This means that Windy meets all the requirements laid down for quality control documentation and product liability within the EU. In the process of obtaining approval, the company has also introduced new methodologies construction principals and more advanced construction production equipment, resulting in more cost-effective and quality oriented processes in-house. But above all, Windy is a “Boat Builder” and not a manufacturer of boats, a philosophy which characterizes their production staff and all those within their distribution network.
