If you are looking for a boat to go around the world the Breehorn 44 will certainly not disappoint.This boat is of the first owners. They built it in winter of 2004/2005.The yacht is very extensively equipped and perfect to make long trips.The owners have been traveling for several years and have been around the world. This ship is bright and spacious and very practical inside. Through its open but lockable doghouse the sheltered seaworthy cockpit is a very nice place to be. Pacific Blue, length 13.20 m, width 3.96 m, depth 2.10 m, built in 2004, building number 17, builder and completion Casco Breehorn BV, designer D. Koopmans Sr., roundbilge, fin keel, hull polyester/sandwich, polyester cabin structure, deck polyester with teak, waterdisplacement approx 14.000 kg, ballast 5,000 kg, steering wheel, paneling inside teak, 6 or 7 sleeps, 4 cabins, headroom saloon 2m, bed length front 2.10, along benches 2 x 2 m and rear 2 m, stainless steel pulpit, stainless steel guard rail, anchors Spade 30 kg and alu 15 kg plus Bruce 30kg, electric windlass (Lewmar 1500), 3x 100 m anchor / mooring lines on a roll, stainless steel ladder, aluminum windows and hatches. Much is done to keep this yacht in optimal condition. Last winter, the following:
- The boat has a full paint system in Awlgrip, 3 layers of primer and 3 layers of Awl grip Yachtpaint. Sanded between all layers.
- New water lines in Awlgrip.
- The lower saildrive membrane has been replaced.
- The underwater ship has a new hard antifouling and is in perfect condition.
- The interior is fully lacquered and matte yacht lacquer.
- The full rig has been checked and checked. - Furlexsystems are fully revised.
- Working jib has been washed.
- Great sail has been thoroughly checked.
- 6 Victron Gelaccus's of 110 Ah renewed.
Yanmar 4JH4E/54HP, diesel, built in 2005, fuel consumption 3 liters/hour, three bladed folding propeller (flexofold) + fixed spare propeller, indirect cooling, stainless steel fuel tank 500+200 liters, transmission gearbox, saildrive cuff was replaced in 2015, tachometer, hour meter (defect), oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, fuel gauge.
Bridge clearance 20 meters, toprigged rejuvenated Selden mast with internal carts, battened mainsail (de Vries) 3x bindrif, genoa (de Vries) and working jib/storm jib (de Vries) with Profurl furling systems both with foam (genoa has been thoroughly checked in 2015 , spinnaker (ATS + Carbon Boom, wind free: genoa on Tree, additional adjustable Selden boom, rigging 10mm Dyform checked in 2014), Mainsail (2015), 1 x Rocon (2015), closing deckhouse, cockpit cover + steering wheel cover , 6p.life raft 2013, cockpit winches 6 x Andersen (2 x electric) and 3 x mast winch Andersen.The rigging has been checked by the Breehorn shipyard in 2014. The upper bearing rudder was replaced in 2015. The hull is after the trip bare achieved on the gelcoat. Also the vessel has been checked on the moisture content, and put in a new epoxy paint system by the Breehorn yard.
