FOLLY is a classic Morgan 35 cruiser which has been very well maintained.

FOLLY is a wonderful classic sailboat built by a premier company which will make any family happy and safe sailing her. Sister ships have crossed the Atlantic. On the foredeck you will find Lewmar electric anchor windlass with bow and cockpit controls,, 45# CQR plow anchor and a 22# Danforth with twin anchor rollers. A new (2018) Schaefer Roller-furling System houses a 135% jib. Further aft is a large cabin hatch and twin dorade vents for the main cabin. The aluminum mast was pulled, inspected and rewired (2017) and has winches for the main and jib halyards, as well as port and starboard signal flag halyards to the spreaders, with deck lights.
The cockpit is protected by both a dodger, bimini, wheel cover and cockpit cushions. The helm station is equipped with Simrad auto-pilot with Garmin Chart Plotter, color touch screen and Wifi (2017), and a second VHF mike with controls is at the helm. There is a starboard locker and very large aft locker for gear. A type-4 horseshoe is also included.
Below deck the forward V berth is spacious, followed by an enclosed head (new 2017) to Port with hot/ cold water, shower and a hanging locked to Starboard. There are LED cabin lights. The salon has a U shaped dinette to Port which converts to a double bunk. Starboard is the galley with a new (2018) 3 burner gimbaled propane stove with oven, ice box and s/s sink with hot and cold pressure water. Two quarter berths follow with a small navigation station with VHF and AC/DC Electric Circuit breaker Panel.
Sails: 2 mains 1 good condition, serviced in 2016, the other fair, a 135% Genoa (good) and cruising spinnaker with dousing sock (very good) and dodger, bimini and pedestal covers.
Engine: Westerbeke 4 cylinder 40 HP diesel with 1,700 hours this replaced an Atomic 4
Electrical: battery charger, 1,800 watt inverter, 7 AC outlets, hot water heater and 2 new D wet cell batteries (2016) and a 30 amp 110 AC electric service with 50 ft. power cord.
Galley: new propane stove with 10# fiberglass tank (2018)
Electronics: new VHF with AIS (2017) with secondary mike in cockpit, Garmin Color Chartplotter with charts mounted at helm (2017)and Simrad autopilot.
Anchors: 45# CQR 150ft 3/8 chain rode, 22# Danforth, chain and ½ inch nylon rode and Lewmar electric windlass with foreword deck and helm station controls.
