This is an example of the highly respected S 2 series of yachts built in the early 1980's. Runaway has been constantly upgraded and kept in yacht condition. She is equipped with a full set of cruising and racing sails, and equipment. She has a roomy interior with varnished teak bulkheads with teak and holly sole. Compare this solidly built cruiser to new production boats at four times the price and you will see why she is an excellent value in todays market. Runaway is a veteran of the Harvest Moon Regatta and the Mid-Atlantic Challenge and carries a PHRF of 174 Non-Spinnaker. She's a very capable blue water cruiser as well as cruiser/racer. Runaway had a complete new bottom job 10/2018
