This 38' Ocean Alexander Aft-Cabin is a popular model for very good reason, and this one should really get your attention!

As soon as you step onboard this beautiful double-cabin trawler you know that she's been well taken care of.  Her original owners are finally letting go of her, after years of providing adventures and memories to last a lifetime.  

She's been in charter, but don't let that scare you off because it means she's been very well maintained, and it certainly shows!  Oil samples were just taken and the results came back great!  All boat procedures and operations are well documented too, which is invaluable to new owners or boaters.

The main cabin features a large dinette in the salon, adjacent galley along the starboard side, a lower helm, and sliding doors on both sides to get you on deck.  The aft Master stateroom is very spacious, with tons of storage, ensuite head and separate shower, and a hatch leading to the cockpit.  The forward guest stateroom features twin single berths, ample storage, and an ensuite day head.

She's got an Espar diesel furnace, inverter and battery charger so you can cruise year-round, wide walk-arounds on deck that make it easier to handle, and teak handrails that are in beautiful condition.
