Skimmer was purchased in 2011 and is in above average condition. There has been some recent work completed including the forward port holes having been resealed. The previous owner kept the boat as a dock queen for around twelve years before the current owner purchased the boat. Since then there has been light use and excellent upkeep having accrued just one hundred forty-five hours in the last nine years. The head port panel has been replaced with quarter inch marine grade teak stained to match. The batteries and battery management systems have been upgraded and there is a dedicated group27 starter battery (June 2019) and two group27 house batteries (July 2019). The boat is dived quarterly, and the hands-on owner has had this boat both well-maintained and as she sits well-equipped.
The sail inventory of Skimmer is strong with a battened mainsail and two head sails, all in good condition. The bimini and mainsail covers were custom built by the owner in 2014 and the boat is well equipped for the open sea.

The quarter berth is located just aft of the navigation station. There is useful shelving to the port side and two cubbies with a reading light just forward.
The well-built galley makes good use of counterspace with the sink located aft ward and thoughtful built in cabinetry and storage throughout. Of note is the trash can located just above the sink stored away with an access door to easily throw away items as needed.
The salon is comfortable with a table to port that has an insertable cushion that can be lowered into a double berth. There are three storage compartments located underneath either the lounge or settee seating and shelving to either side is a nice bonus.
The V berth is comfortable with a beautifully built in cedar closet and seat to the starboard side. The 6’ 6’’ bed sleeps two comfortably and there’s plenty of storage and counterpace making for excellent creature comforts. The hinged privacy door and newly installed AC system is sure to keep this room at the desired temperature and private when desired.
The head is to port just forward of the foremost bulkhead in the salon. A Jabsco manual toilet and sink that converts to shower are of note. Above the head and sink is a nice sliding door with plenty of storage and a portlight and dorade vent are sure to keep things well-lit and airy.
