Starting at the bow:
The vessel is equipped with two anchors: a 25lb plow with 175' BBB chain and 75' nylon rode, and a larger Mantus anchor with 175' BBB chain. Handling the primary anchor and chain is made easy by a Simpson-Lawrence electric capstan windlass. At the stern, there is a Danforth anchor with 25' of chain plus nylon rode.
The Genoa is a 125% on a Harken One-Unit roller furler.
The staysail is of the hank-on variety. It resides atop the staysail boom in its canvas sailbag. The staysail boom was rebuilt in 2019.
The mainsail is of the traditional slab-reefing variety and is battened.
The dodger and bimini show well. The seller had Isinglass side curtains made for the cockpit in September of 2018, giving the ability to fully close off the cockpit when the weather turns bad.
Below Decks
Upon coming down the companionway steps, the boat's galley is to port. There is a top-loading 12VDC refrigerator with freezer. There is a gimballed propane stove and oven and a two-basin stainless steel sink. There is copious storage for food supplies, pots and pans and dining ware.
To starboard is a private aft stateroom with a double bunk and a hanging locker.
Forward of the aft stateroom, also to starboard, is the navigation station and ship's electrical panel. There is a straight settee that doubles as nav station seat.
Forward of the galley to port is an L-shaped dinette. The varnished teak table is bulkhead-mounted and folds down to serve 6 guests. Once opened, the table gives access to storage for dining ware, wine glasses, etc. Also mounted on this bulkhead below the table is a propane cabin heater.
Forward of the salon and to port is the head. There is a manual Jabsco marine toilet and a single-basin stainless steel sink. The sink faucet is retractable and doubles as a hand-held shower head. There is a bulkhead-mounted mirror. There is a cabinet under the sink. There is a teak grate above the shower drain and sump in the floor of the head compartment.
Across from the head is a storage locker that houses the reverse-cycle heater/air conditioner.
Forward of the head is the forward stateroom, which has a double Pullman berth.
