You have heard the old adage "keep it simple". MISS EM’S owners have done just that. Here is one of the best Downeast hulls, offering a seaworthy ride due to her built-down hull, coupled with an excellent power plant - the single 400 hp Cummins diesel. This pushes her along easily at 18-19 knots cruise while burning 10 gph. MISS EM is clean, very well maintained, spacious, and suited for a couple to cruise without some of the extra amenities that many "yachtsmen" seem to need. Space is available for a generator, installation of AC power, as well as an insulated cabinet for installation of refrigeration. Please come and inspect this high quality, but simply-finished Holland 38. We thank you for your interest and shall be pleased to get you aboard.
