Engine Description

Engines-

MAN 6 Cylinder, 600 HP, with Walker Airsep air filters. Both engines  reportedly rebuilt in 2004(3900 Hours)

Engine Trolling Valves are equipped.

Racor Max dual fuel filters are fitted. 

Wet type Exhaust double clamped throughout with transom discharge

Mechanical gauges are provided for oil pressure, water temperature, transmission oil pressure and voltage are all provided redundantly at engines, in addition to helm location. 

Transmissions are ZF Hydraulic with 1.501:1 ratio, driving 2.25" Stainless Steel shafts. 

Props are 26" x 31" Four -Blade Nibral alloy. A spare set of props are provided. 

Genset is a Kohler Model 11EKOZD Fresh Water cooled, 4 cylinder unit. 12 KW output. New in 2013

Cockpit

The tournament arranged fishing cockpit has an extremely efficient layout with rigging sink, rigging table, livewell, freezer and refrigerator, and eskimo ice supplied fish box. Coaming boards are radiused in a comfortable bolster arrangement, at an excellent fish fighting height, yet still providing ease of water reach for gaffing or tagging.

Cabin Layout

Cabin Layout includes a center line companionway leading from helm deck, with Ropey Cherry Finish throughout interior.

Galley is immediately to port, with large serving counter and Norcold mid-size over/under refrigerator,  Ceran two burner Princess cooktop, Samsung convection/ Microwave, with drawers to port and below bar area, which has an attractive rounded swinging door containing bottle storage. To starboard is full salon length couch, with shorter couch to port. Additional storage is provided under couches. 

Forward is a privacy door to enclose V-berth master suite, which has storage below bed. Mini-recessed can lighting throughout provides excellent lighting throughout the interior. The master stateroom has a 21" Samsung Flat Panel TV mounted to the aft bulkhead, starboard.

A Bose Lifestyle system provides entertainment with ample speakers, in addition to a 32" Samsung Flat screen TV mounted aft on the starboard side of salon. 

The head, located at the starboard side aft in the Salon, includes a separate shower stall, and so is a "dry head", with Raritan Electric Head and Sink.

Helm Deck Layout/Equipment

The helm deck is fully enclosed, and fully air conditioned. It includes a single Stidd Helm seat, with full length, excellent quality cushioned seating running fore and aft along port and starboard sides of the helm deck. A combination of EZ2Cy and Strataglass encloses the helm deck, with zippered closure at rear, with three steps down to the cockpit. 

The helm deck includes a custom, varnished helm pod, newly re-finished with 10 coats of clear coat., Casting surrounding analog engines instrument read-outs has also recently been re-plated, and is in near new condition. 

The  helm deck includes exceptional overhead clearance, and visibility and sight lines are considered excellent, with a very flat running attitude of the vessel, especially in comparison with typical express style sportfish boats. The tower legs are space appropriately and welded handholds are spaced very ergonomically such that going forward is easily accomplished along the gunnels. 

A large, open storage area is also provided at the forward end of the helm deck. 

The instrument pod lifts, such that in it's downward attitude, all electronics are protected and secured. 

Tower

The welded aluminum tower is accessed via twelve step legs at either side of cockpit. The tower includes center rigger and all articulating hardware for the Rupp riggers. Full controls are included a the tower helm, to include a new 9" Furuno screen, tied in to the main screens at the lower helm via NMEA 2000 backbone. The tower is also provided with a buggy top, above which is mounted the KVH receiver dome. 

Rupp Triple Spreader 41' Riggers were replaced with new in 2014, including Big Rig Back Bars.

Tower and all anodized aluminum has been recently cleaned, polished and ClearKote Systems Nano-Ceramic coated.  

Boat Construction

The hull is a Custom, Carolina design, Cold-Molded hull, know for it's excellent sea handling, and efficient cruise. The construction provides for light weight, and superior strength.
