Engines were fully serviced in September 2019.
2 Seawater pumps were overhauled in March 2020.
Heat Exchangers on both engines and gearbox’s were descaled in March 2020
The hull was anti-fouled and the props, rudders and shafts were treated with Velox in August 2020

ACCOMMODATION
SLEEPS SEVEN in two double staterooms, one mid cabin, and two in the crew cabin.
MAIN SALOON is accessed via three tinted curved stainless steel doors from the cockpit. It includes a full length sideboard incorporating cocktail cabinet/Squadron cut glass storage, TV/VCR, and a combined fridge with ice making compartment, Curved seating to port, cocktail table, Halogen ceiling lights, 240v power sockets, and electrically operated tinted glass side windows with mosquito nets.
GALLEY includes 4 multi-ring Touch control ceramic hob, combined microwave/convection/grill, oven with storage under, 7.0ft³ Refrigerator/freezer with automatic 12v/240v changeover, Twin sinks with hot & cold mixer taps, Avonitework-top, pop up Extractor fan, Halogen under counter lights, Fire extinguisher, 240v power points, Ample Cupboards both high and low level with cherry wood doors provide storage space for Fairline Bone China dinner service and Fairline cutlery set, Under counter Waste bin. A separate storage cupboard with lift up lid is located adjacent the stairs to the bedrooms.
UTILITY ROOM / MID CABIN, that offers a Single berth. Washer/Dryer unit, washing facilities, storage cupboard and Heads.
OWNERS MASTER STATEROOM is located mid ships and has a large walk-around double bed (interior sprung mattress) with large drawers under, an upholstered bed-head with mirrored bulkhead above. Full-height wardrobe, Dressing table, Stowage locker under mattress. Ceiling and reading lights, Two opening stainless steel portholes, and Outlet for Air-con/heating. Chubb safe.

FOREDECK is a self-draining area fitted with sun cushions.
MAIN HELM POSITION includes Fully electric adjustable helm and co-pilot seat, Burr Elm instrument panel, Curved framed toughened glass windscreen. Full engine instrumentation including: tachometers, oil pressure gauges, temperature gauges and battery condition indicators Chart table and light, Chart stowage Fuel contents gauges, Control panel for 12/240v system, Domestic water contents gauge, Engine hour meters, Switches for navigation and riding lights, bilge pump and engine bay extractor fans Triple windscreen wipers and additional washer system Trim tab controls, Anchor Winch controls, PA System.

UPPER HELM includes fully adjustable helm seat and 2 co-pilot seats. Flybridge bar with wine and drinks cooler, sink with hot and cold water. U-shaped upholstered seating, Dinette table, Upholstered sunbathing area forward of helm, Teak-laid floor, Blue Bimini top. All Instruments/Nav Aids as shown above are repeated.
AFT COCKPIT is Self-draining and has a Teak-laid floor, Utilities locker with electrical panel, manual bilge pump and fuel shut-off cocks. Hydraulic Passerelle with dinghy lift. Rear seating on Sunbrella upholstered cushions. Teak-laid bathing platform with wet locker, swim ladder, hot and cold shower, Life raft for six.
THRUSTERS Sleipner Bow and Stern Thrusters are fitted with control at each station together with a hand held remote control unit that can be used anywhere on the boat or on shore within a couple of metres. The controller for the unit is located under the Flybridge dash panel.
REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM The main system fitted is of the Chilled/Heating Water type and consists of: Two Chiller/Condenser units located in the hull Chilled/Heating Water Pump and Expansion Vessel Two Condenser Water Pumps located in the Engine Room Four Fan Coil Units located one in each bedroom, one in the dining area and one in the Saloon. Each Fan Coil Unit has its own temperature/fan speed control The Crew Cabin is fitted with a separate DX Reverse Cycle type unit.

ELECTRICS 2 x 30 amp 240 volt incoming supplies protected by two MCB’s in the starboard rope locker in the Cockpit. These in turn are protected again by a further two MCB’s at the main electrical switch panel. All 240/24 volt and 12volt circuits are protected by individual MCB circuit breakers on main electrical load control panel adjacent to lower helm position. The Owner’s handbook contains wiring diagrams for all circuits Isolating switches to batteries in Cockpit compartment. Isolating key switches to engines in Cockpit compartment Anchor winch, bow thruster, stern thruster, trim tabs, etc circuit breakers in Cockpit compartment.
12 VOLT Dropper for 12v supply where necessary for Nav-gear equipment, stereo, etc.
24 VOLT 70 amp Mastervolt Battery Charger Domestic battery supply and Port Engine starting from 4 x 180ah Starboard engine start exclusively provided by 2 x 180ah batteries. Emergency battery coupling system for starting.
TANKAGE Fuel capacity: 2 x 1091 litre marine grade alloy fuel tanks Crossover system for individual tank/engine supply Aircraft grade fuel fillers and vent pipes High capacity water separators and fuel filters with contamination alarms. Water capacity: 2 x 250 litre water tanks.
WATER SYSTEM Calorifier hot water system was replaced in 2019 and is located in the Lazerette 2kW 240v Immersion Heater together with a thermostatic connection to the engine cooling system Automatic pressurised domestic water supply fed by dual pumps. A separate water connection to the Marina main supply comprising a pressure reducing set and non-return valve is fitted below the step to the bathing platform on the Starboard side
