FIRST DOUBLE CABIN

A fantastic feature of this 69’ Narrowboat is its two double cabins. Centre stern doors leads into a well-lit, ventilated and spacious cabin. The first double cabin is located aft and showcases port and starboard windows letting in plenty of natural light, reading spotlights, overhead shelving and aft of the berth features a large full height wardrobe.

HEAD / BATHROOM

The bathroom/heads is surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all of the space available. A ceramic hand basin is set in a vanity unit with a stainless-steel mixer tap, a pump-out toilet alongside, a separate shower is opposite the hand basin with clever storage compartments.

SECOND DOUBLE CABIN

The second double cabin features port and starboard windows letting in plenty of natural light, reading spotlights, overhead shelving and aft of the berth features a large full height wardrobe and mirror.

GALLEY

The galley is located mid ships and offers ample of worktop surfaces for food preparation & cooking with domestic sized appliances. Equipped with a free-standing Heritage Range diesel cooker, an oval ceramic sink with a brass effect mixer tap, fridge, tabletop freezer and a Hotpoint washing machine. Plenty of storage draws and cupboard space under the kitchen worktops.

DINETTE

An L-shaped style dinette that can seat 3/4 guests comfortably around the dining table. The dinette will also convert into an additional double berth when required.

SALOON

The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck. A Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth is located to port; opposite features a tv/storage unit. Free standing armchairs allows for comfortable down time after a day’s cruising.

ELECTRICS

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the stainless-steel sockets throughout the boat. When cruising a 3.5kw inverter/charger ensures you are never without power.

HEATING / HOT WATER SYSTEM

In addition to the Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove in the saloon there is a Eberspacher diesel fired central heating system is supplied on board running radiators throughout the boat; providing ample of heat on board, ideal for all year-round cruising. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.
