CONSTRUCTION 

HULL NUMBER :  Oyster 655/13.

HULL CONSTRUCTION : Laid-up GRP, single skin with structural stringers and floors to Lloyds approved design specification and incorporates a high tech custom Carbon/Kevlar composite laminate.

HULL FINISH : ‘White hull’ with ‘Orange’ cove line and ‘Grey’ double boot top lines. ‘Grey' International Micro Extra EU antifouling - New (2019). 3 x seacocks - New (2019).

OWNER'S STATEROOM : The aft cabin is configured with a double berth offset to port of the centreline. Berth has been customised with upholstered surround, widened and batterned for additinal support. Headboard squared off to match.
To starboard of berth is a settee, featuring a ‘trotter box’ for use as an additional berth, for everyday use as a dressing table.

Engine and generator Racor filters parallel plumbed, so they can be run as a single unit.Engine room fan switch at port pedestal. Engine starter motor overhauled (2019). Intercooler services and cleaned through. Engine mounts - New (2017/18). Injectors removed and checked, Valve tip clearance checked (2019). Exhaust and turbo checked (2019).

2 x 16,000 BTU condenser units for forward and aft cabins. 2 x Stoway self-contained 16,000 BTU units for saloon and galley. Starboard unit - New (2018).
3 x remote air-handler units: 1 x 16,000 BTU unit in Owner’s stateroom;
1 x 7,000 BTU unit in forward port cabin and 1 x 10,000 BTU unit in forward starboard cabin.

HEATING : Eberspacher hydronic 16 heating system, with 7 fancoil units.

FORCED AIR VENTILATION : Forced air ventilation in aft cabin, galley via cooker hood, forward cabins, saloon and heads.

ICEMAKER : Raritan icemaker linked to inverter in saloon. 

WATERMAKER : Seafresh 206 watermaker producing 120 litres per hour, with product flow gauge and remote control panel. Auto freshwater back flush with pump. New membranes, HP motor, control system digital control box, remote panel, guage and pipework, new sail and send (2019/2020).

FUEL : 1,900 litres approximately (418 Imp gallons/502 US gallons) in two GRP tanks.

TANK TENDER GAUGES : Analogue tank guages for fuel and water tanks.

HOT WATER : From one insulated approximately 73 litres (16 Imp gallons/19 US gallons) tank heated by the engine’s heat exchanger, or by thermostatically-controlled 220V, 1.25kW immersion heater elements powered by the generator or dockside power.
Second C-Warm twin coil, hot water calorifier for supplying hot water to two zones, one forward and one aft. (Second shorepower cable required for immersion heater). Second hot water of similar size to main. Aft hot water heater - New (2017/18).
