General Information

This Jeanneau 53 is presented in excellent condition having been meticulously looked after by her current owner. 

She benefits from many recent upgrades including new bimini and sprayhood, new curtain blinds and mosquito nets on hatches, new 'Simrad' chart plotter with touch screen, new domestic and service batteries, new tender dinghy, new saloon upholstery, recent varnishing of interior, new ropes and fenders.

The Jeanneau 53 is a fantastic family cruising boat and currently is situated in Croatia, she is ready to go for new adventures.

Viewing is highly recommended. 

Mechanical

This Jeanneau 53 is powered by a Yanmar 4JH-4HTE 110hp diesel engine with direct drive and 4-blade propeller. 

The engine currently has approximately 1860 engine hours. 

Sails, Rigging and Deck Gear

This Jeanneau 53 is equipped with all Elvstrom sails, last serviced in April 2019. 

Her running rigging was also serviced in April 2019.

This Jeanneau 53 features 4x Harken winches, she also has a Lowfrans Windlass and 30kg Bruce anchor.

'Peppa' also benefits from a new sprayhood and bimini in 2019.

Accommodation

Accommodation for 10 guests is provided on board this Jeanneau 53, with an additional crew berth forward. 

Forward are two double cabins each with an ensuite bathroom and hanging storage. 

Aft are a further two double cabins with storage cupboards, forward of the starboard aft cabin is a further guest bunk cabin. The aft cabins share a guest bathroom forward of the port aft cabin. 

Crew accommodation is provided in the fore peak with access directly from the fore deck. 

 

Saloon and Galley

The galley is situated to the starboard side of the companionway, the saloon is situated at midships and benefits from a comfortable seating area to port and a u-shaped sofa with dining table to starboard, there are additional chairs also around the dining table. 

Navigation and Electronics

This Jeanneau 53 features 220v shore power connection, with 4 batteries. She also has a 12v battery charger. 

Her navigation equipment includes a new Simrad Chart Plotter. 

Dinghy, Outboard and Safety Equipment

This Jeanneau 53 is also equipped with a Luna 2.8m tender and a Mercury 2.5hp outboard engine. 

Safety equipment onboard includes: 

• 12 person life raft
• 12x life jackets (plus 2x children's life jackets)
• Life ring
• Flares
