Holman 35 long keel Ketch - Designed by Holman and built in 1963 by Claude Wristlock. An excellent example of this easily handled, sea-kindly offshore cruiser. BMC 35hp (overhaul 2008). Built to a Holman design by Claude Wristlock of carvel construction of Iroko on Elm. . Long Keel Ketch rigged classic, tiller steering and many improvements. Transom hung rudder pintails and bearers replaced with stainless, all galvanised materials hon board replaced in this way

35ft on deck, 42 ft overall with bowsprit (removable)

5 berths in 2 cabins with chart table and enclosed heads..
V berth forward with enclosed heads to starboard and storage opposite. Main saloon with good standing headroom has a heater centrally placed and Single berth to port & starboard, Galley aft and to port with cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel sink, manual water system and plenty of storage. Quarter berth to aft.
Fitted with BMC Captain 35hp inboard diesel engine with conventional 35mm stainless shaft drive to a 3 bladed bronze propeller with rope cutter.
Engine overhauled in 2008 with new engine mounts, exhaust system, flexible S/S coupling from manifould, S/S exhaust pipe, water jacket high swan neck in aft locker, water trap in transom, spare starter motor, injection pump, jabsco coolant pump, fuel filters etc.
Gear Box also overhauled in 2008.
2 x 35 gallon S/S fuel tanks. New Pipework and valves 2006
Boat was completely rewired in 2006, Solar panel & Wind Generator fitted
2 x S/S water tanks 120 gallons in total.
