2005 Grand Banks Eastbay 49SX15m

"Northwesterly", is the popular Salon Express (SX) version of the 49 Eastbay, and offers a very liveable climate controlled salon/pilothouse that you enter from the cockpit, or via a side cabin door next to the helm station on the Starboard side.

Entering from the cockpit, you'll find a large L shape settee to port, with facing chairs to starboard.  A double wide helm seat to starboard faces forward for running or for working at the beautiful teak work station, or aft to join the L shaped sofa for lounging and entertaining.  

The bright and airy galley is just two steps forward and down to port, with generous work room and storage.  Directly across from the galley is a large L shaped dinette.

Forward of the dinette to starboard is the guest head, complete with teak floor grate and shower curtain rail, head and vanity.  (Wet head)

On the port side opposite is the guest stateroom with two large twin berths situated athwartship, and a teak louvered hanging locker in between.  

Moving forward, you'll find the Master Stateroom with a Queen size Island Berth, vanity to starboard, hanging lockers, and master head to port with separate stall shower.

All mattress' are Four Star Inner Spring.

The Eastbay 49SX is an extremely comfortable cruiser for a couple, with lots of room and privacy to bring along special guests.
