This SUNREEF 70 with her blue hull is from 2009 and is a generous version with 4 double cabins + 1 with 2 bunks.

In dark wood, the salon is very spacious with her 2 different areas : large dining place with 2 tables and a lounge area on port. A bar corner is also at the main entrance and the galley is down hull in aft port cabin , fully separate ; she will require a refit.

A large service is in process and will permit to offer after summer a fully reliable unit. The exterior teaks are in top condition, the cockpit with her large aft table is spacious, the front central locker is huge and open electrically, receiving washer, dryer, etc. The 2 front peaks are converted for crew. The flying bridge with access from the cockpit is always a great place to stay with her nice table protected by the large bimini and the sun matresses all around.

The equipment is also significative : genoa and staysail, 2 watermaker, A/C are from 2017, and there are also 2 generators, a large fuel capacity, satellite, and a recent tender.

Ce catamaran SUNREEF 70 à la coque bleue de 2009, est une version généreuse avec 5 cabines doubles dont une avec 2 lits simples superposés.

En menuiserie foncée, le carré est très lumineux avec 2 zones bien séparées : le coin repas sur tribord avec 2 tables et un espace salon sur babord et le coin bar aménagé sur l'arrière avec la cuisine située dans la cabine arrière babord, entièrement séparée, qui méritera un rafraichissement. Un refit complet est en cours permettant de proposer après l'été une unité fiabilisée.

Les tecks extérieurs sont impeccables, le cockpit avec sa grande table à l'arrière est spacieux, l'immense coffre central à l'avant sur vérins s'ouvre électriquement et offre un espace rangement unique (lave linge, sèche linge, etc). Les 2 pointes avant sont destinées à l'équipage.

Quant au fly, il est toujours agréable avec sa belle table protégée par un bimini rigide inox et ses grands bains de soleil.

L'équipement : génois, trinquette, 2 dessal et la clim sont de 2017,. Vous sy trouverez également 2 groupes, une grosse capacité GO de 4000 L, satellite, annexe Zodiac récente ...
