2016 Blue Water Custom
Blue Water launched 2016, Carbon/Divinicell/kevlar construction. Designed as an extremely quick, short handed sailing yacht. Designed and built by Cook Bros of Christchurch, to an exacting structural computer specification. All the equipment required for offshore sailing. 6'6" Headroom with 3 double berths. Large Yanmar that pushes the boat at 8 knots, carbon fibre mast and fractional rig. Electronics include VHF, SSB with weather modem, log/speedo, radar, wind, autopilot, GPS chartplotter, depthsounder, forward facing sonar. Maiden voyage to Fiji 4 days 18 hours, top speed 25 knots.Admired wherever she goes. A shining example of N.Z. custom boat building.
