MANDARIN 52' LOA FULLY EQUIPPED MOTORSAILER, MODERN DESIGN. Selling direct, without advertising or promotions, means our prices are about one half those of similar motorsailers.
My company, Seahorse Marine, has been building passagemakers at our factory in Zhuhai, China, for 21 years. We mainly sell our vessels directly to the end user providing a fine product at great savings. Build time is around 12 months for the Mandarin 52, depending on suppliers, current orders and weather.
Shipped or take delivery at the factory.
The Mandarin 52 foot motorsailer (50' + a 2' swim/dive/boarding platform) is my favorite passagemaker. I seem to be building more power-only trawler yachts lately. But, personally I have never figured out why people want to rely on mechanical devices in the middle of the ocean while throwing away a wind equaling their boat speed, which they paid for - and than worrying about fuel??
The Mandarin has a full keel no-nonsense semi-displacement hull designed by Blaine Seeley. 52' LOA with a 56' mast, furling on all sails is standard and Harken winches makes sail handling a breeze.
The forward arrangements can be the traditional "V" berth or side double bunk cabin and a second double bunk cabin to port or a single queen size cabin. A head with separate shower is located to starboard. Two island queen sizstateroom are an option.
Aft of the very large main saloon, 10 by 15 feet, are the galley to port and the large workshop to starboard. A spiral staircase leads to the pilothouse with its own dinette and to the cockpit.
The aft cabin has a head with a full size tub, Jacuzzi optional, or large shower. The standard layout has a centered queen size bed and eight feet of hanging locker space. An optional den/office arrangement has the bed to starboard, a large centered desk with a panorama view through the transom and a small sofa to port.

I would love to build a Mandarin 52 motorsailer for you and I'm sure it would more than meet your expectations. Contact me if you have any questions or comments.
